This Cookie Policy explains how the nic.art website (operated by UK Creative Ideas Limited) uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage, tags and pixels). It supplements our Privacy Policy. We use Usercentrics for consent management and Google Tag Manager (GTM-K9DBPR5) with Google Consent Mode.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small files stored in your browser; we also use related technologies such as local storage, tags and pixels. They range from strictly necessary (security, platform operation, remembering your consent) to optional analytics and advertising technologies.
2. Your choices and consent
Our consent banner (powered by Usercentrics) lets you accept or reject categories. Strictly necessary technologies are always active; analytics and advertising load only after you consent. Because we use Google Consent Mode, tags stay disabled until you opt in. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Cookie settings. We also honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.

7. Third parties and international transfer
If you consent to analytics or advertising, data is processed by Google LLC and X Corp. in the United States under appropriate safeguards (see the Privacy Policy, "International transfers"). YouTube is operated by Google LLC and has its own privacy policy.
8. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary items may break parts of the Site.
